To gain entry to Capital One Arena through the Capital One Cardholder Entrance, you must present the representative at the door with a valid Capital One card. All active Capital One cardholders are permitted entry to Capital One arena via the Capital One Cardholder Entrance for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all parties are present and all guests have a valid ticket.
