Please use the below links to submit requests that are both event related as well as non-event/office hours.

 

EVENT REQUESTS include items that are specifically related to that day’s event once the building is in “event mode”.  Some examples include:

  • Cleaning Needed (Wet/Dry Spill, Trash Pick Up, etc.)
  • Security Assistance (Requesting Guest Services doors to be unlocked, etc.)
  • Maintenance Request (Broken chair, …)
  • Guest Relations Needed

 

NON-EVENT REQUESTS include items that are related more to day-to-day office hours.  Some examples include:

  • Engineering Requests (Lighting, Plumbing, Furniture Fixes, Painting, Key Requests, etc.)
  • Parking Requests
  • Office Cleaning
